Large reputable plaintiff litigation firm in Century City is seeking 2 fee motions attorneys that will be making hearing appearances and drafting fee motions.
Job requirements:
- Draft and argue fee motions in hearings and court, applying relevant statutes and case law
- Conduct legal research and prepare comprehensive legal briefing on fee-shifting issues
- Collaborate with partners and associates on case strategy and development of fee arguments
- Prepare and draft legal documents
- Comply with all legal standards and regulations
- Manage and prioritize multiple deadlines and case work
- Perform other related duties and meet all deadlines as required
TOP Hard Requirements:
- CA State Bar (In good standing) required.
- Accredited Law Degree
- 1-3 years of civil litigation in state and federal courts.
- Law and Motion experience.
- Experienced drafting Motions. (Fee motions experience is a plus +)

Compensationg: $130K-$160K DOE.
